那個被遺忘的過去  那些勾起傷心的人與事

大概是沒有勇氣去面對 所以把它們放在心裡最深處

然而，今天我們必須要勇敢，誠實地看清

原來生老病死是人生必經之路

我們的祖父母，甚至我們的父母都漸漸老邁

心中很多的痛，遺憾，是言語無法表達的

因為人生在世 是不得已必定要分離

原來上帝的盼望早已經放在我們裡面

是的，求上帝幫助我們心裡有盼望

讓我們靈裡得著真正的平安

祢是參透萬事的主

祢的話使我們心靈滿足

祢的智慧化解人心的愚拙

上帝讓我們在風浪中緊緊抓住祢的同在

好叫我們不至於失去信心

阿門！我們的上帝是創造我們的上帝

阿門！我們的上帝是無所不知，無所不能的神

阿門！上帝知道我們的軟弱，並要成就祂的應許
